Earls Court Lifestyle Estate function venue rules
- Facilities are for members and their guests. The host member accepts responsibility for all guests and must remain present for the full function.
- Bookings must be made in advance and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A visitor QR code will be issued by the HOA and sent to the member via WhatsApp for use at the visitors entrance.
- Functions are permitted only between 08:00 and 22:00. No functions are permitted on Sundays.
- Noise must remain at an acceptable level and activities must stop if requested by Security.
- The applicant must arrange sufficient designated parking. Contact the HOA in advance if additional parking is required.
- Children must be supervised at all times and may not roam the estate or enter private gardens and property.
- Estate and residents’ plants may not be damaged or removed.
- The Hall, Braai Area, surrounding areas and bathrooms must be left clean and tidy. The HOA does not provide cleaning staff.
- No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles are permitted in parks and gardens. Food and beverages may be consumed only in the Clubhouse, courtyard and communal areas.
- All guests must follow the estate rules and regulations, including traffic rules.
- Excessive loud music, hired-in music systems and disco-type events are not permitted.
- Unless arranged with the HOA, no more than ten visitor vehicles per household may park around the applicant’s house or park.
- Open fires are permitted only in the designated venue area.
- Spribraai's are only to be used in the designated area at the back of the hall in front of the kitchen sliding door. No braai's drums or bomas will be allowed on the stoep area in front of the hall.
- The Hall may not be utilised for Braai Area bookings. Tables and chairs may, however, be collected from the storeroom with prior notice. Security will open the storeroom.
- Tents are not permitted in public areas. Gazebos up to 12 m² and jumping castles require prior permission.
- Security will unlock and lock the venue.
